Pen Affair 2

Pen Affair 2

Since this post, my pen relationship hasn't let up. In fact in all honesty it has even grown. Just the other day as I was buying yet another set of pens I saw Reg rolling his eyes. He must have been thinking that no one could possibly finish a barrel at this time and age anyway, so why bother with having more than one.  But hey, it is what it is. So here are some of my top addition to my ever so growing pens.

This has one of the finest point I've ever seen. Makes any handwriting looks elegant with not so much of an effort.

Classic in our books.

Hands down this loot made my week, all 6 working days of it.

By far one of my prized one.

Erasable pen. Exam perfect?

I am trying to figure out where this pen liaison started and all I can think back on, is my then high school teacher telling us a story how she was so into pens. I can't remember why she became engrossed with it but I am quite glad that I picked it up.

Saturday Safari

Saturday Safari

The temperature has finally changed. Cold is here at last, which by our definition meant more emergencies, more work. Last Saturday was one of the rare weekends that Reg and I got to be off at the same time. It has been hectic these past few weeks and it will be more in the next ones. We  both agreed that  we needed a breathe of fresh air. A clean country air before we get back to the next round of work grind.

So we went to Paradise Wildlife Park. The place is great for kids. With all kid friendly facilities you can think of. You can pet and feed animals which gives a very tactile experience. They have talks and feeding times show, that one can join should tiredness creeps in. They have bumper cars, sand pit, bouncy castles and the works. As I said great for kids. The Woodland Park is my favorite though. We went there twice. The closest to walking in the middle of a forest on a crisp autumn day.

 My favorite one.

Learned something new that day. Who would have thought, Male and Female?!

I  find it funny to find Pao in Hertfordshire,

Colors of autumn.

The friendliest of the bunch. Greets you with hello. Over and over.

Cant get enough of this one though.

My Old World Is Changing

My Old World Is Changing

"Just when I think I have learned the way to live, life changes." - Hugh Prather

A few months ago we had an angel given to us. But just like any other angel her place is not here, she belongs to the sky. And so she left. As she should. However, at that fleeting moment when we had her, she changed our lives and future. It caught us unaware. Up until then we thought we had our lives figured out to the T, and yet we were amazed how a tiny little angel shattered it all away.

I now realize that my world has shifted and different. My old world slowly fades away and in its way comes a promising new one. Of course I am aware of the changes before, but it is only now that it became prominent that it excites me to think that little ones are joining my current one.

They make the  new world seems to be just as happy as my old one, if not more.
 Change is good.
