But seriously, after living in take away-s for a couple of months now, I can feel my body protesting indignantly. I feel sluggish, tired, bloated, sleepy, grumpy and weighty. Oh how I hate the scales! Thankfully Reg doesn't mind. In fact he relish to the idea of having pizza everyday (if he can get away with it!) So to be fair to him hence, the challenge decision of healthy eating.
So anyways, came the weekend the kitchen bug hits me and I sprung to make all appetiser, entree and dessert to make up on the lost three days.

Seeing what I made I kind of wonder about the "healthy" side of the plan, I'm not sure now. haha
